If you stay in an accessible public deposit or reserve other than a camping ground then you are probably freedom camping. Council provides 91 community housing units located in Oamaru, Hampden and Palmerston. To create the fresh facility, we plan to extend and redevelop the vogue Forester Gallery building located at Thames Street, Oamaru
